On the day of arrival, the rooms can be occupied from 3.00 pm.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am.

We charge 30% of the travel price as a deposit.

At Hotel Alpina you will find ample parking for your car directly at the hotel. Choose between outdoor and covered parking spaces or use one of the twelve spaces in our underground garage as well as several e-charging stations.

We offer a special & secure bicycle garage at Hotel Alpina. It is always locked, but can be conveniently opened with your room card at any time. The bicycle locks, which you can rent at reception, promise additional protection. We know how valuable your bike is. That’s why our garage is insured and additionally locked at night.

We love dogs and all other animals, but out of consideration for other guests we cannot welcome them. We ask for your understanding.

Cancellations in autumn and winter:

Up to 21 days prior to arrival - free of charge

Cancellation fees for the total amount of the reservation price apply as follows:

20 to 7 days prior to arrival 50%

6 to 0 days prior to arrival 90%

Cancellations in summer:

Up to 6 days prior to arrival - free of charge

Cancellation fees for the total amount of the reservation price apply as follows:

5 to 3 days prior to arrival 70%

2 to 0 days prior to arrival 90%

This does not apply to bookings for the Cycling Sports Camps - separate conditions apply here, which you will find in the respective individual offers.
